Michelle has proven herself to be the best youtube workout instructor. This cardio and weight workout is excellent in every move. I do encourage those over 50 years old use mini trampoline for the high knee, butt kicks jumping part. I just did this one the third time and still will go back again in future.

I love that you always comment on good form and explain what the exercise is working/why it’s helpful. And love that you admit when even you get tired. I’m constantly looking for new content! PS: The floor exercises make my carpal tunnel so bad. Would love tips on keeping that in check and doing some wrist exercises for it!

Stretch your palms and fingers, and rotate your wrists and arms to increase circulation and relieve tension. You can try taking a pain reliever like acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil), or naproxen sodium (Aleve) to help manage the pain. Icing your wrist can sometimes help reduce symptoms. I know my sister is suffering from carpel tunnel and is opting for surgery at this point. You know your body better than anyone...do what's best for you.🩷
