My second time on the Juggernaut today - think this ride is rapidly becoming a favourite 🤩 The climbs following the sprints are a tough surprise and the limited rest times make this one seem longer and more intense than many 👏

Absolutely mindblowing amazing set, so much attention and work added to it! Keep them coming, by far one of my top workouts to date! Keep them coming, love the new video sets as well, very easy to follow when your brain is destroyed! Love it love it love it!
This was a burner, BUT I found it “easier” than the other two. Of those two, not sure I remember which was more difficult as I’m working very hard to block unpleasant things from my memory. 😂 I love these workouts. Keep them coming!
I don’t think that I’ve ever been quite this sweaty after a ride, even with the behemoth challenge! What a perfect combination… I don’t know how you keep coming up with these, but don’t stop 😂🤩 also, #teamsuspicious (j/k)🤪🤣

Great challenging 45. Loving this 45 series. Took the circuit rests as half tempo half rest. Still learning the tension on my new bike so I was right there with you having the tension a bit too high at times 🤣🤣 #teamunicorn
This was a tough ride but somehow I made it through. Is "Don't be suspicious" from Parks & Rec. BTW, I still think Zero Dark Thirty was the hardest ride even thought it was 15 minutes shorter. You always bring your A-game. Thanks Kirsten.
Just got a new ride, I was riding my regular bike on a trainer but now I upgraded to a Schwinn IC4. Still learning the tension. I used to just shift gears to whatever you said . But omg this was a tough one thanks for a great workout
