Dig it 👍 well laud out for the people that don't know. Keep it up Clover
Good information, and very well explained. Another suggestion (for another video) would be to explain the that advertised velocity is typically at the muzzle; velocity at 50 yds will be 10-15% less, and around 25% less at 100 yds. Also, this assumes the round is fired from a rifle. Handgun velocity is significantly less, depending on the gun and the length of the barrel.
yep, been thinking on a "trajectory" video that would hit on those points
Ok that’s velocity.....now let’s tLk velociraptors! 🦖 I like the white board stuff clover
bahahahaha
I almost always shoot CCI Mini Mags in .22lr.
It always works for me and is plenty accurate enough for my purposes.
yep, mini mags, despite the increase in velocity are very consistent. they are also pretty high on the list as far as minimum deviation in rim thickness across a lot. for most applications they work well. all other things being equal in an actual precision match though, they flat suck though. purpose, perspective and use do indeed matter.
@@CloverTac Yea. I don't shoot matches or go for precise accuracy. General plinking and small pest control is what I use them for. So I really like the consistency and overall performance of the rounds is perfect for me.
heck yeah, great squirrel ammo for sure
@@CloverTac Yeppers and armadillos have seemed to invaded southern Missouri where I live and they can be destructive nasty critters.
Good stuff . Now how about the .22 caliber confusion ? Like
.22lr 5.56 2.23 .
hmm, maybe caliber confusion in general
@@CloverTac there ya go . I'll be waiting.
