Quay Quarter Tower - Concept and Design

3XN’s innovative design of the Quay Quarter Tower at 50 Bridge Street will transform the strategic site, located close to the Sydney Opera House, into a vibrant destination for international and local businesses.
The development shows that upcycling and re-purposing outdated can actually add value back into existing assets. The building incorporates 2/3 of the existing structure, retaining 60% of the structural skeleton and 90% percent of the structural walls.
3XN’s approach to sustainability has saved 7.505 tons of CO2 annually and thus set to achieve the Green Star 6-star international excellence rating, focusing on the environmental and the social dimension of sustainability.
