I was kinda expecting a kann making process 😅 which it was not. I know that it's quite common in Germany, of you make kann, that we put the done jam glasses on their head to seal it shut.
Its nice to know how to make it, but are there so e things you just buy because the cost of making it is so high? Cranberries are expensive. There’s got to be an all-natural, not full of crap kind..?
This is way cheaper then buying cranberry juice from the store. Each bag was 0.99 and I only needed 1 1/2 cups per jar I made a lot more then what’s in this video
Sugar does not take away anything, love. It's a great preserver. One should not overdo it with the sugar, but by God, I swear, the cooking is doing more harm than the sugar
This is cool!
Thank u 🙏 I sometimes come across very affordable fruits veggies items not sure what to do
Mahalo❤❤❤💯
That’s an insane amt of sugar per quart!!
Can you do it without the sugar?
Doing it this way you have to have a minimum of 1/4 cup sugar in order for the cranberries to process.
There is another way that doesn’t use sugar.
Can you eat the berries fresh like that, they look so good.
Does it start to ferment?
Did you wash the cranberries with anything?
Water. That's usually enough.
Wow, that's a ton of work - but interesting to watch.
