Thank you for sharing. For a newbie (technically minded but never worked on Phaser printer before) could you clarify, are you replacing any parts or simply cleaning spilled toner and reassemble? We have a Phaser 6110 which is shadowing previous pages onto the next page, hoping this might cure it? Thanks again, from the UK
