0:00 - Intro
0:25 - ~500g boneless chicken thigh
0:30 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
0:38 - A pinch of salt
0:43 - Black pepper
1:01 - 3 cloves of garlic
1:33 - 1 cup of cornstarch
1:39 - Coat the chicken with cornstarch
2:30 - Some cooking oil
4:56 - 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
5:05 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
5:19 - 50ml of water
5:31 - Chopped spring onion
5:35 - 3 cloves of minced garlic
5:41 - Ginger
5:55 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
6:00 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
