Ma'am in the problem 1, while adding q1 and q2 you said it going to be 5 but the value of q2 is in minus so it could be 3-2 right? That is 1?

The answer should be 45
No, actually when we add V1 and V2, there is already a minus sign because of q2, so when V2 will go to RHS, it will become positive. Then after solving we get 45-3x = 2x, and when -3x will go RHS it will become +3x and 2x+3x = 5x and then dividing 45/5, we get 9 cm = x or 9 * 10^-2 m = x
