You can play an easier F chord by placing the index finger on first fret of high E string and the B string, then place middle finger on the second fret of the G string and finally place a finger on the third fret of the D string. Make sure you don't play the A and low E string though.
Great tutorial. The picking was hard though :/....i didn't have problems doing it with fingerstyle!! Any suggestions for fast picking tips would be awesome :D Thanks!

Alternate picking especially at this speed is difficult to get precise when you're skipping strings, and even I struggled/fatigued towards the end. In the studio they would have just looped a few sections. Don't let that discourage you though, my tip is to slow down the song to 75%, play along, and slowly build up until you can play at 100%.

+Crzy ZeN Thicker ones are better for picking like this. Thin ones are generally used as I understand for more light strumming. I use 1.38mm picks. You can check out a link to them in my video description. You'll find that most metal/rock guitarists that need more precision with picking will use these thicker picks. Thats my preference anyway :) have never been a fan of light picks because they wear and break easily too.

You will be able to play it with different chords without the capo because of chord translations. You can also either play it like in the tutorial completely without one or make one yourself by using a pencil and a couple rubber bands. Look it up and you'll find a bunch of tutorials.

You will be able to play it with different chords without the capo because of chord translations. You can also either play it like in the tutorial completely without one or make one yourself by using a pencil and a couple rubber bands. Look it up and you'll find a bunch of tutorials.
