House okay. I live around the corner from this house. It is a small house, and narrow hallways which can be nigtmare moving furniture in. The staircase is narrow as well. For 660k, no basement, you are definitely paying for land.
@Jamesf3801 Thanx for the heads up! I was really digging the house at 1st. I guess I thought all houses in GA had basements. I’ll be moving from TN where basements are not really a thing. Even though I don’t have a basement now, I look forward to one.
@jeromebussey8876 You can find lots of homes in Georgia with basements. The area where this house is, it's growing fast. But definitely you should find a basement with no problem.
