Ol Red by Blake Shelton would be a good one. He's got a lot in his catalog and quite a few goofy ones like Honeybee (original video) Some Beach (Original Video) She's got a way with words is and one of his newer ones called Corn. He's my all-time favorite ever. Love his voice, his personality, humor, he's just always seemed like someone you'd love to hang with, because he'd be the life of every party.
When this song first came out, my 2 older sisters told my mom and me about it. I was the youngest, and i was the baby of the family, and considered "mommas boy". So when i heard the song as 12 year old, i just kinda giggled considering my sisters were just giving me shit for being a mommas boy. Now, as a 32 year old man, this song makes me cry. I'll admit it. As a man, i don't know what I'll do without my mom. She's always believed in me, and man, I've made so many bad decisions, and shes always stuck by side. This song makes me cry, because I hope to be there by my moms side when shes on her way to heaven. If I make too late, like in this song, it'll devastate me, and i dont think ill ever be the same. Love you mom! You're the best woman in the world!
You guys have to do The Little Girl by John Michael Montgomery. It’s a heartbreaker but in the end, I think it has a beautiful message. ♥️ BTW, not only did Blake have long hair, but at one point, he also had a mullet!

2:31 - I don't think I would say that about the modern country music scene. Particularly the mainstream and Nashville. Much of the mainstream has diverted from what country used to be. Now several of them are like the rest of the world, or Hollywood should I say.. Synthetic.
oh he had log hair back then he was the Mullet king of Country music. his all time best song id Ol' Red(2001) which happens to be the name of his Bar and Ol' Red is a remake of George Jones Song Ol' Red(1993) Blakes version 1000% better
Blake sings about his big brother. He lost his brother when he was 14 yrs old. With his wife (at the time) he wrote a song that will rip your heart out… Miranda Lambert - Over You
God’s Country by him is good.
Just went to the Blake Shelton concert…..it was soooo good. When he sang this song. You could hear a pin drop. It was that good
One of my favorite songs of his!! My boys LOVE this song!!
Song hits hard after losing a parent suddenly. Lost my mom back in September, and that last couple lines hits like a sledgehammer to the feels.

I know I'd be fucking destroyed if I wasn't there, man.
This song is hitting so much harder since my mom passed, she got her wings on April 24th, 2023 after a long fight with kidney failure and diabetes ❤️
Sorry for your loss she is in a better place where there is no more pain
When Blake started out in country music he had a mullett. He used to be married to singer Miranda Lambert and of course now married to Gwen Stefani.

I've requested it already. They will get to it eventually.
Check out Blake Shelton song. She talks to angels
“Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Psalm 55:22
