For those that are new to my channel, I had the vsg weight loss surgery in Mexico on August 21, 2017. I have lost 106lbs and have been maintaining my weight loss through mindful healthy eating.

I’m glad I came across this video, I want to try this I’m at month 7 and I feel like I’ve been slacking off and starting to consume unhealthy foods, which has made my weight loss hit a plateau 💯🙏🏼 so giving this a shot

Very wise to nip it in the bud. I am 16 years out and regained about 25 but have lost some have 13 to go. Get yourself the pop secret 100 cal kettle popcorn. I can easily eat a big bag because it is a slider food but the 100 cal bags keep me in check. Good luck :)

Well, I finally had my sleeve surgery, and must say I was disillusioned a little about the weight loss process--honey moon year etc. First month, I lost 20 pounds, and now have stalled. Thinking the carnivore diet will help re-kick the weight loss that I was told would happen after the surgery. I know my patience is thin about all this. Hang in there Birdsong.
Hang in there friend, stalls aren’t necessarily a bad thing and it doesn’t mean the surgery didn’t work. Keep eating right and exercising through the stall and the weight loss will start again
@@StaceyBirdsong Well, I am now down 30 pounds, 1.5 months after surgery, and I attribute to both the sleeve restriction and starting a high fat carnivore diet. I have 30 more to go. I am off my metformin, and half of my bp meds--yay! My struggles have been portion size, slowing down and not both drinking and eating at the same time. All of which makes me feel like crap afterward. I will get it down I think. Hope your having success. Thanks.
I really want to try this. I have gained about 14 lbs since my lowest weight and I need a reset. When is Part 2 coming out? Do you have this in a PDF or any kind of list form?
I don’t have a pdf form but if you search it on Pinterest there is graphics of the reset. I will try to get the part 2 edited tonight and have it up tomorrow
I think it definitely helps you get into ketosis or off of sugar
When you get the bariatric sleeve your stomach will not stretch. The reason why you gaining weight is because you’re not eating the right food sweets junk food, drinking your calories that’s what your weight gain come from🙁🙁

I am 5 yrs post op and I regain 40 lbs. Do you think this can help me , I am very stress . I have 15 month old baby and I did not gain much weight during pregnancy but I had and epidural steroid injection 2 month after deliver my baby and I noticed I start gaining a lot of weight very quick.
Im almost 7mpo and have gained 5 pounds and thats too soon considering you loose the most the first 6 to 12months and talking about taking down popcorn at your far out.I can eat half a bag of nacho cheese doritos.I be extremely hungry and take the amount of protein and water so thats not it.How are you now a year later of trying this
