I love how you never do your lashes spidery. There are so many people who love the clumpy spidery look, and I cringe every time someone does it in a tutorial. Great job Tiffany :)
I'm such a mascara junkie! I used to go through so many steps and use primer on my lashes but honestly I feel like the one thing that has made the biggest difference is letting my lashes dry a bit between coats of mascara. I always focus my first coat more towards the tips of my lashes to get some extra length and then I lightly sweep my mascara from my lash line through the ends. I let the first coat dry for about a minute and then wiggle the wand at the base and sweep through my lashes until I'm happy with the way they look. If they get a bit clumpy I just use my mascara wand at the end of the second coat because it doesn't have much product on it and really press it into my lash line to separate my lashes. Also, I ALWAYS do my bottom lashes first because my eyes are a bit hooded and when I look down I feel like it makes my top lashes uncurl a little if I've already done the top ones.
Love this! Can u show us how to remove mascara without hurting them as well? I always go for water prood mascaras coz they hold the curl better but removing them can be such a pain and could occasionally pull out lashes as well if u know what i mean.. Xx koey
Good tips! I can't ever ever ever get it precise like that. I end up with mascara underneath my eyes and sometimes dots on my eyeshadow. Not really bc I hit it with the mascara wand but my lashes do.
i have to curl my lashes because they're so thick and straight. i also have noticed that waterproof mascaras help my lashes stay curled longer than regular mascaras.
i really like the clump crusher though. & I've been wanting to try "they're real" mascara cuz I've heard so many good things about it

I wish I had your lashes!!
A tip I found to actually help lashes to grow thicker, longer, and stronger, is to apply olive oil to the lashes every night before bed for about 3 weeks. I just started doing this last week and I've already seen an improvement. I can see little baby lashes starting to grow under my existing ones! Also, I used to have an eyelash or two come off onto my eyelash curler from time to time, but now, this doesn't happen, and I've only been using the olive oil for a week! I've also heard you can do this with Vaseline, and I may try it in two weeks when I'm done with the olive oil.
wow! your lashes are to DIE for! Im Dying to know if you use any product to make them grow? Ive been getting eyelash extensions for the past two months, (i haven't done so for a month now) and they looked really nice i have to admit, but after they would come off, of course MY eyelashes came off... so i was left with very little lashes:( do you use anything to make them grow?

The curl on your lashes is STUNNING.
I have never seen anyone with a lash line like yours. Its as if you have the perfect "shelf" so to speak, right above your lashes. Hard to explain, but its like your lid was perfectly designed for eyeliner. You don't have to pull your eye taught to apply ANYTHING. Liquid liner, pencil, powder, it all goes on immaculately!! (especially impressed with your ability to apply pencil so effortlessly! Never seen anything like it.
Love your reviews!! I absolutely loooove the IT Cosmetics Tightline!! First I layer my mascaras as well, Loreal Voluminous Natural OR Benefits Bad Gal(2 coats) first, then I use Benefits They're Real to finish it off, using a clean spooley in between as needed. Last I use the Tightline (waterproof) but, only at the base without combing it through. I use a brown liner as well and I always get compliments.
You're so right about curling your lashes. My lashes seem to be thinning out from curling them and I always curl them before I apply mascara but something about curling them isn't helping my lashes. But I have to curl them because my lashes are so thick and straight it makes my eyes look tired and smaller if I don't. I wish I had naturally curly lashes like yours. Omg...I'm so happy you made this video!!! I already own the It tight line thingy and I was at sephora yest and got the dior over curl mascara based on ur recommendation. I love the Jordana Best Lash Extreme (dried out a bit and really wiped off the wand). I have thick but short lashes, and it gives me SO MUCH volume and length. I always have a spot on one eye or the other that just doesn't take mascara, though. Or one lash that takes ALL THE MASCARA and gets way longer than all the rest! haha
Tiffany have you ever used Latisse or Rapid Lash? Your natural lashes are beyond gorgeous just wonderingg if they have had a little boost (and your opinions on them if you've used them) ;) xoxo
Not to mention, my mom has stubby straight lashes. Mascara tends to rub off onto her face, giving her raccoon eyes, but she could just use that very first tip of building up the base. Great tips!
Your lashes are soooo beautiful, I use rapid lash and mine have grown and thickened lots, I also use Dior maxilash and Dior show mascara wow it makes a huge difference !! Xx

Castor oil works wonders on growing your lashes! You can look it up on google as to what brands are the best!

I use almost the same routine except instead of the Covergirl LashBlast, I used Benefit They're Real...you get AMAZING results with that.
to achieve a clumpy mascara look I heard you can sweep a matte loose powder (or eyeshadow) over your lashes right before you apply your mascara :) has anyone tried this ?
Beautiful lashes!! A few tutorials (of yours) ago, I went to Ulta and purchased the tightline mascara and Sephora for the Dior overcurl. I have your typical Asian-strait-short and sparse lashes, and the combo of the two have helped immensely! :-) Other mascaras tend to weigh down the ends the more I apply even after curling, but not with the Dior Overcurl. Would love to get a recommendation on a drugstore dupe if you have one?

Your best option is through The Shopping Channel. It Cosmetics usually has a ShowStopper (best value of the day) when they come. It's a great way to try new products. Their next visit will probably be in May sometime. You can go to the It Cosmetics website and register your e-mail address. They'll let you know when they will be at TSC and what time the "ShowStopper" will be airing. Right now TSC doesn't have any Tightline in stock. It will probably be available again when they restock for It Cosmetic's next visit, so you could order it then. You could also call The Shopping Channel (1-888-2020-888) and ask when It Cosmetics will be on again. They usually come every couple of months on average.

great tutorial tiffany! i cant wait to try some of these tips. my lashes are similar to yours, but for some reason they always look super clumped together and spidery with mascara. yours are so feathery and "natural" looking. maybe i'm just applying too much? ill definitely be checking out these mascaras and that tightline product for sure :)

I have the waterproof tightline, and I absolutely hate it!! I find it an absolute bear to remove! I can't believe the stuff would be good for your lashes since it's so difficult to remove!
luv2garden1 Really?! Well maybe I'll just stick to the original then, I haven't had an issue with it smearing/flaking! Although, I do typically wear waterproof mascara on a daily basis because I have the BIGGEST issue with mascara smudging and transferring to my lower lash line. I'm used to spending more time than usual removing mascara. Is it much worse than other waterproof mascaras you've tried?!
I don't use waterproof mascara! This stuff, however when removing, not only flakes off, but comes off in chunks, and ends up in your eyes!

★★ You can also just use one mascara to get dramatic lashes if you brush baby powder on your lashes with a eyeshadow brush before applying mascara. It makes them look fuller.

First off... Your eyelashes are incredible. I just had one teeny suggestion - which is to try not to say 'sort of' as much. Your tutorials are really good, I just find it distracting. I know I have phrases that I use all the time too, just something to think about. Other than that, I really enjoyed this video!
