I will never forget how Monique, with all her background in ministry, portrayed a hilarious Reverend at Lady Bunny's Roast/Funeral and was told she was in the bottom. Blasphemy.
She was deeply mistreated in both of the seasons she was in... I mean, the Ru only put her in the bottom in season 10 instead of Asia O'Hara because she talked back to Michelle... I didn't agree with the two bottoms she had in AS4 not that she wasn't put in the top 2

Eureka KNEW what she was doing when she called Vixen “negative”
Vixen knew exactly what Eureka was doing and she shouldnt of engaged but she did anyway. Eureka causing trouble is not ok but raising your voice and acting like a little bitch baby isnt cool either. Her storming tantrum off the show in the ru-nion was proof that she cant take criticism and she cant accept when shes flat out WRONG. Eureka admitted she was wrong but did Vixen? No. Shes a bitch and she will ALWAYS be a bitch.
Isn't Eureka the one that said the N word? This show seems to attract a lot of racists/willfully ignorant followers that give passes to racist behavior. Vixen is right. She has every right to give the same energy she receives.
Joshua McCool Y‘know she could be white as bread and I still would think she’s annoying for behaving like that in the Show itself , untucked AND reunion. She doesn’t have to make a battle out of everything. I loved her drag looks but she had to make a lot of character development in my opinion. Do you see Asia for example behaving like that ? Oh I don’t think so.
The Solar Empire The issue is people keep blaming Vixen for reacting. Eureka did not get nearly as much lash back from the fan community when she started drama. The community isn’t being fair to Vixen by essentially given Eureka a pass and utterly condemning Vixen. Eureka knew what she was doing. Could Vixen have been the bigger person? Yes, but she shouldn’t be ostracized for choosing to not. There’s a reason why her voice resonates so deeply with the black LGBTQ community, and it’s because we understand her. When we’re attacked, we have to be the bigger people or risk being blamed for defending ourselves. It’s not fair.

I can’t imagine the pain of feeling like you need to change yourself. I remember at 12 coming out to my youth group leader. Within a couple months we had a group getaway. All the leaders said some stuff they struggled with which I really loved. one of our leaders had drug issues another one was kidnapped and assaulted by her father. Really just made you feel like you weren’t alone in your struggles. THEN the leader I came out to comes on stage and her sign says “ I was a lesbian for years until I prayed to god now I’m married to a man with a child on the way.” My heart literally sank. I never went back again. That broke my heart knowing that she thinks we should “pray it away.”

The really picked on The Vixen and really tried to give her that “Angry Black Woman” narrative which is why I’m glad Asia stood up for her at the reunion because I’m sure Ru’ who is a black queen herself has had people do the same thing to her, which baffled me she allowed that narrative to be placed upon The Vixen for entertainment and ratings
To be fair, Vixen was not in any way innocent. It was CLEAR that she was struggling with herself and took it out on others. Majority of conflicts she was involved in was her stirring the pot or talking shit for no reason.

I honestly felt that the Vixen was right. When someone is minding their business, why would you bother them? Leave them alone and move on, but no they mess with her, get a reaction and then people wanna defend the ones who got her riled up, like no. I don't agree with everything the Vixen does, but in nearly every argument she had, they wouldn't leave her alone.
She was very level headed in many of the arguments and well spoken with her points but they poked and poked and poked her. I liked her
