I've listened to Layman so many times and I still don't know what to eat to get 45 grams of protein for breakfast or any other meal. Eggs, meat ,cheese? I need to know how to do it.
He doesn't need to! All data showing protein is bad for you is epidemiological or simply flawed, whereas randomized control trials all show a net benefit of protein!
“All eat toward a protein target.” This explains so much about the desire to overeat. Thank you, love this content.

You can rely on one large egg and 1 oz. red meat both having 6-7 grams of protein. I think chees is about the same as well.
Would love to see Layman debate the plant based, anti-protein "experts"!....

Plant base is anti protein??
@@SI-ln6tc they at least minimalize the need. And often deny that plant protein is lacking.
