It is definitely healthy drink . I suffered from stroke due to high BP. My right arm was aching on doing work. I had difficulty in combing my hair. After taking moringa tea daily, recovered fast. Indeed a miracle drink.

Exceptional information. I have my cup of Moringa hot tea every morning. I even make nutritious Moringa smoothie. I will continue for I have high blood pressure that is controlled. But I will continue. Hopefully I will be able to tell my doctor that I no longer need the pill. I thank God I have not had to go to the hospital. Even at my recent eye appointment my eye pressure had dropped down low. And the dr stated awesome. I want to try cooking the greens. My daughter & I love eating healthy. So thanks again for great information.

Please continue taking Moringa, cause it works! I’m the evidence! I had severe high bloodpressure since my early 40’s. It’s hereditary. My grandfather and father died young because of high bloodpressure and my brother almost died of a heart-attack when he was only 40 years old, while Being thin, eating and living healthy. In my case, I also needed medication from an early age and even the most recent medication-cocktails couldn’t completely controle my high bloodpressure. After using Moringa daily (2 tablespoons a day) during only 3 weeks my bloodpressure was completely normalised and I no longer need medication! Of course I’m under medical guidance wich should always be the case with life-treatening conditions like high bloodpressure or diabetes! I will probably take Moringa for the rest of my life, wich is a gift to be honest, because it also heals all sorts of other big and small medical issues and I feel and look better than I ever did! Moringa is a life-saver and a life-changer! The only thing that must be understood is there are no easy miracles. A spoonfull of Moringa once and a while won’t have any effect. It takes weeks before beginning to feel the benefits and it might take months, maybe years to fully enjoy them. Only self-discipline to take it daily and a lot of patience and determination can make the magic work. I wish you good luck with your quest and a long happy healthy life.

Please Zambia charge foreigners with the task of making environmental advantages for any plant they set up in your country; ensure proper wages for works and profit - sharing for your country as they make wealth. A quick fact correction though, Moringa is mainly a crop from southern India, not from northern India as one of the researcher mentioned.. Agriculture is advanced in some of the southern states implying usage of a lot of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which explains why they may problem in getting an organic certification

I hate when Africa has any outsourcing from America and other countries.
Tha world has seen that out come and it's never good.
As a African American I would rather only deal with African countries ONLY.

I'm listening to these people, suit and ties, ventures with Dutch investors, etc...there we go again, this time legally...the Netherlands supplying Senegal with cheaper onions, for instance...one of these days, people, you won't be able to afford moringa...you'll find yourselves, once again, working for others and seeing the profits go away, if not your lands...every time you listen to 'development aid', think of foreign trade...you go on seeking your ventures, Zambia, your part will be providing the land and the hard labour...

Yes. People go to other countries to buy and sell when the people who live there should profit from their herbs only. If they want to sell it to other people overseas then they should charge more $$$$.

I bought the moringa powder and started using it just before the new year. Soon, after I started eating it, I broke out in a itchy rash on my upper body chest, back, arms and lower legs. It feels very prickly and irritating. I wasn't sure if that was the cause, so I stopped it for a few days until the rash went away. After I restarted it again, I used 1 teaspoon in a fruit smoothie the rash returned later the first day back on the powder. Has anyone else developed a rash taking moringa or any other side effects?

Some people maybe allergic to it, or a rash and itching could be a sign of the body detoxing. Just Google rash and itching as sign of detox. That explains it., then decide if you want to use.
