2021 FLHTK Ohlins front and rear. No fork dive handles every road imperfection just amazing. I tried Legend's first they were good, Ohlins took it to the next level. Obtw Tall just built my 131, dyno'd 166hp!! Let's run!!!!!!!
I stopped by their booth while down there for Bike Week to inquire about a 41mm Front-End solution for older bikes. I was told they didn't have anything for older bikes. 🤷🏾♂️
Got to disagree with you on that one! Öhlins is a very good suspension company, but Wilbers from Germany is the same league! Love your content and greetings from Germany 🤙🏻
I like Legends REVO-A rear shocks better. I don’t red a separate Tank to show how much money 💸 I spent. I just want a great ride adjusted to my preferences. 🏍💨🏍💨
I just got the Ohlins suspension installed on my bike. It rode differently / a lot better than before. The HD Tech stated , "suspension has not even been broken in yet. It will feel even better" I considered a 131 Stage IV kit instead of a 135 Crate Engine replacement for my 2022 Street Glide Special Is a 131 IV kit now cheaper since the 135 Crate Engine is being produced? The wait for my area in Pennsylvania for a 135 is likely up to December or later when it is officially released for here compared to scheduling a 131 kit upgrade next week. I am just trying to weigh my options. Looking for any comments, thoughts, or suggestions from anyone.
Another great video Tall! Being a taller rider myself (6’5”), I mainly watch your channel for tips and tricks on getting the most out of my Glide. I’m hoping to be able to make it to the Run to the Hills this year. Stay safe out there and “stock-ish” RG is coming together!🤣🤣
Ive herd good things about legends..but In all fairness ohlins has bin the number 1 name in motorcycle racing off and on road for over over 2 decades.. when it comes to suspension for every manufacture. So I mean.. thier really is no argument... other than doing the gixser front end conversion I can't afford ohlins at the moment for my dyna. But I've had ohlin kits on my dirtbikes and.. thiers no comparison. But!! Last time I resprung one of my ohlins rear shock I did have to wait like 2 months for it to show up
I have legends and love them. I was on a road trip last yr when I started to have trouble with my rear suspension. I stopped at Legends (sturgis) and they had just closed about 30 mins before I got there. There were still a few cars in the parking lot and an employee came out. I explained my problem and he said come back tomorrow. I did and within a few hrs they had me back on the road with no charge. I didn't know it but they have a lifetime warrantee. Thank you legends.
You said something about the forks being different and that you were going to wait till the end to share that, but you just pointed out that all you did was put ohlins in. It looked line you may have blacked out the forks from a distance, but hard to tell.
Yes, sorry. I edited it out. The forks and cow bells are now black. You'll get a chance to see them closer on the full review video. Thanks for watching.
How did you forget to talk about the new black fox during this interview especially since you told us you were going to talk about something new and you completely blew by it
I was wondering kinda the same thing. If their shocks are overall best for tracks ie: smooth, flat and clean... whereas other brands might be overall best for the open road and all the potholes, bumps, dips, craters, etc.

How many bike lengths you want me to give you😁 just kidding. Sounds like a solid build. Thanks for watching.

Legend suspension for me. To each his own
That’s debatable, i really really love my Russ Wernimont suspension.
Have same shocks front and back fitted to my Roadglide. Bike no longer rides like a Harley its awesome

Then why do 75% of the top tear race bikes both on and off road from all manufacturers rock ohlins
@@dormantmenacesame reason cops use fords. Theyre american
@@alextrainor2552 Ohlins are made in Sweden. Not all cops use Fords, LE fleet vehicles and most are subject to bid and specification.

Hopefully one day
Hi tall, I had fun at Daytona this year too. I’m rocking that legend suspension on my 2020 road glide.
a lot of people love them, I never heard any bad things about them. Thanks for watching.
Did the rear. But they didn't have the front suspension. I got to Dayton on Saturday.
Man would love to ride with that suspension, just can’t afford it unfortunately.
Tall another great video. keep'em coming✌🏽✌🏽
Good video Tall. Didn’t get to make Daytona this year. Waiting for you to start talking about Ride to the Hills 3 so I can lay on my reservations.😎
Looking good 👍
Nice!!! Bike is looking good, dropping a few dollars into that. But hey if you can do it, then do it!!!
Did I hear you say something to the tune of "it's going to be kinda Stock?" It's "transforming" right in front of our eyes.... lol
I was thinking the same thing.
😂
😁I'm just making a few mods to it. I do enjoy making it my own, but I'm not going to go as far as I did with the Street Glide. Thanks for watching.

Already have the 159s from Suspended by Smart, just need to get the fronts. Too bad its hard to find an Ohlins in the Chicagoland dealer.

thanks for another great video
Thank you for watching.
I respect your opinion Tall but I love my Legend Suspension. Made in the USA 🇺🇸. I checked. Cost is comparable. Ride On.
Assembled in america parts from a different country

Nice review keep up the good work Traveling Tall what's up with the t.shirts
Gotta wear my oem out 1st, and will change it rack too
Rake a degree or 2, supposed to handle highspeed better!
The bike looks phatt. 👌
I’ve had legends and just switched to ohlines and way better oMG!!
Nascar use them for better stability in the curves, when you are going 190-200 miles per hour you want something to stick in the curves
Traveling tall. Is there a run to the hills 3 this year? And when I might have missed that video
Yes. The video is coming soon.
What are the best shocks for a sportster 883 2008?
Gixier front end conversion with ohlins... geezer drop tree's..
@2:20 Tall said he wanted to get rid of something and would show us after the install. What was he referring to and did I miss it?
The blacked out forks. I realized I edited that part out. Thanks for watching.

Het Tall< Are you going to be in Laconia for it's 100th Anniversary?
"Im gonna keep the road glide stock" for 5 minutes.
I said the same thing he did say stockish. I wouldn't be surprised if he does a major zippers push on that motor.
so as tall as you are did you ever do a floorboard extension ??
No, i dont feel like i need them.
What about the riders that are not looking for preforming and just want a smooth comfortable ride on bad roads
They got you covered.
Just curious do they do suspensions for Trikes?
I'm not sure. You should call them. I put the number in the description. Thanks for watching.
@@TravelingTall Thank you!
I have Ohlins on ALL MY HARLEYS
I haven't put Öhlin's on my Road King yet, but I hope to soon. Thanks for watching.
What did the front and back shocks run you brother
I'm sure it didn't cost him anything, but you would be looking at $2300-2500 ish from my experience.
How did you forget to talk about the new black fox during this interview especially since you told us you were going to talk about something new and you completely blew by it
Lol, calm down, ill be talkinh about them in an upcoming video and sharing some info on how to get them done for your bike.
Cost??
Call Öhlin's the phone number is in the description.
Stockish....he means he is painting it 😂
lol, you never know. I was talking about it yesterday. It would still be mostly black. Thanks for watching.
54 miles and a 3k up grade 😢😅buy a honda
Why?
I don't race my Harley Davidson... nor do you, Tall. That level of tunability doesn't mean much to me, when Nascar only runs in ovals.
I live in Tennessee, we ride curvy roads, it's important for your bike to be able to handle.
I was wondering kinda the same thing. If their shocks are overall best for tracks ie: smooth, flat and clean... whereas other brands might be overall best for the open road and all the potholes, bumps, dips, craters, etc.
You didn’t show us what you did to the front 😂
Blacked out the front forks
@@TravelingTall great idea. I’ll probably do the same on mine
One trick pony. 😂 lol!!
Or you could buy a motorcycle that didn’t need a suspension upgrade right out of the gate.
