And i'don know the patient's MOI but if patient's MOI was only GSW then c-collar was not necessary.

Sometimes i just don't understand other people - They spent a shit-ton of money on patagucci stuff, but use some old vehicle for helicopter simulation. Why wouldn't they just invest a little bit more and buy a real UH-60? ;]
