@@lancelnce Yes, I usually comment in Japanese on other vtuber/utaite videos and live streams, but Nanahira is the 1 and only exception, because I knew her before I learned Japanese (and so it appears to be the case for lot of other people, she really is very popular outside of Japan). So the custom of commenting in English stuck around even after I learned.
I remember Nanahi did speak about it during one of her livestreams how she likes comments in other languages and wants to improve her English too so it doesn't feel rude when people do it~ After all Nanahira is worldwide sensation~
