24:10 You ran out of research points due to War Economy. Assuming you want to run those penultimates, I would work on maxing out the research discount with 50k research points... else I would start off by trying to put 30k research points into the discount for the best value going through the tree.
As you know, my standard start is 10k social research, max out International Aid. I don’t recommend changing your initial start with research points, but after that… research discounts.

Personally, would pushing out through Serbia and bosnia not be a better early strategy? Tho it may not seem it Bosnia does I believe have sea access so that might have been a better way to escape rather then upset nato.

In Dummynation, Bosnia and Herzegovina does not give sea access. Despite that 20 mile coastline Bosnia and Herzegovina has.
The same applies to Israel [1] lacking ocean access, despite having a coastline with the Red Sea.
[1] The game uses de facto borders, and I will be going with that in this entire comment.
