Not gonna lie I’m a Yankee fan, but the guy has a point. They will choke in the playoffs like they usually do. For example, the braves had the most wins in the MLB last season and they still choked in the second round. So winds don’t matter, only clutch matters.

52-27, still first place in the division and 0.5 games over PHI for the best record. Let's take the series tomorrow with Nasty Nestor who has a home ERA of 1.57. Prayers for Stanton 🙏.

Boone was tossed arguing the very same pitch that Soto was later called out on. Stroman threw it at the same level, & didn't get the strike....but ATL did. That's baseball for ya'....

Home plate umpire was terrible. MLB needs to look at the grading to suspend them from calling balls and strikes. Look at bottom of the 8th.

When the Braves play anybody else their highlights won’t show up until like 1 a.m. but when they play the Yankees, they are up in like 30 minutes 😂 maybe I’m crazy, but just something I noticed as someone who always waits for the Braves highlights.

As someone who watches highlights from all teams, I can confirm that this is largely a coincidence. I see fans of almost every team making similar claims about their team's highlights, but it seems to be controlled by a number of other factors (in particular, the fact that all of these highlights appear to be the responsibility of one or two underpaid MLB interns haha).

I think Wells would hit better with regular reps (not a profound take, I know) and he runs really well for a catcher. Do have some concerns with his arm though. IMO, him ant Trevy tandem again in 2025 and the Yanks make a decision that Winter.

For the benefit of his own and the viewers’ sanity, Smoltz should take a day off when the Yankees and Braves play. He would not stop reminiscing about how the Yankees beat the Braves in the 90s and says he believes in his heart that the Braves actually won. Go see a shrink m8.

"ALL RISE HERE COMES THE JUDGE 👨‍⚖️." Just running out of words for The Captain. Despite yesterday's game 0-For-4 2K his 🔥 2 months continue. His last 30 games .355/.457/.888. May .361/.479/.918 35H 14HR 27RBI 12XBH. June so far .390/.500/.847 24H 8HR 24RBI 5XBH and more to come with 7 games left in this month. It could be true that he's playing better than he did in 2022. You did not see a baseball game! All you saw, except for rare instances was a pitcher, a catcher and an umpire. This ridiculous view we get is a joke. There is absolutely no feeling that you're watching a baseball game when seen only from a center field camera. Baseball games used to be televised from above and behind home plate where the announcers sit and you could see at least the infielders and the base runners and their tactics. You felt as if you were almost there. Can you imagine the announcers having to broadcast the game from center field and seeing only the pitcher and the catcher? Impossible. But that’s what we’re subject to. Now they have to use icons to show who's on base! It's absurd. It's as if you are watching a video game. I never watch a baseball game on TV when broadcast on YES or any other network because it's not really a baseball game. In football, hockey, basketball, soccer, etc. you always see the field and usually all the players. NOT IN BASEBALL! The televised game now is claustrophobic and suffocating compared to what watching a baseball game should look like. I would never pay to watch a televised baseball game. It's so frustrating. Watch some older games when Mantle, Berra and the like played. You saw the field!! Wow! There's an actual field and NINE players! We are getting cheated. Also, who needs to see all these inane closeups of players in the dugout spitting or closeups of the announcers again and again and again when a player is at bat? Maddening! I'd rather listen to the game on the radio. When I visit a minor league game (The Lakewood Blue Claws) in my county, I am awed and overwhelmed by the spaciousness and beauty of the field, the players movements, the defensive maneuvers, the whole environment. I'm actually watching a baseball game! I've written to the Yankee organization to no avail. Of course, all the teams televise the same absurd way now. Am I the only one who feels this way? If not, please write and complain. You deserve to watch a real and correctly televised game, not this farce which we are subjected to. Such a shame-- a ruination of a beautiful game.

This season seems to have a similar trend as two years ago. Other than the fun of watching Aaron Judge, I can't picture the Yankees winning the postseason. It has been confirmed once again that Holmes is no match for the big stage, and the bullpen and pitching staff have been in a sluggish mood recently. Above all, Houston is coming back to life. The same Houston that thoroughly demolished the Yankees three times in the ALCS.

Uncle charlie is getting old😢 he should become a long relief 6th starter after the deadline. But I for sure want him to retire a brave
