Thank you for Checking out our Video, that’s What the Chile powder is called, Chile Suave, I Normally buy all our spices from our Local Mexican Farmers Market and they have all sorts of Different Chiles. That one If Particular is Called Chile Suave, make sure to pay attention on the colors of the Chiles! ♥️

At a place I go they have chamoy/chili watermelon (sandia) flavored dried mango. How is that made? It’s the best ever but expensive… like $15 per 1lb bag. I’ve seen sandia flavored powdered drink mix at the mercado. Would that work?

I wouldn’t recommend freezing them! They might get soggy if you do!

We’ve done it with just Chamoy and tajin and they come out different! There’s a short we did with sour skittles if you want to check it out! In this one We used 3 different types of spices and kept adding when needed! Also, so they wouldn’t stick we added them to the Chile en Polvo a little at a time!

Unfortunately, it’s not a brand! I went to the Mexican Farmers Market and got the spices! They sell the spices by the pound there!

Great Question, when you put to many at a time, they tend to stick together! This ways each piece is individually coated!

Those are NOT the polvo names
Some came in packs with the name, and some I had to get with the metal spoon. But those were the names that they had on them! I’ll try to go back to that store and take video of it!
