Most honey sold at stores are pasteurized, meaning, heated to above 70 °C so that we can store them at room temperature. The idea that heat makes honey toxic is unproven. I am aware that it is an Ayurvedic belief. But I think it stems from the fact that heat kills useful enzymes in honey rendering it useless for medicinal purposes. Well, anyway, just wanted to give the other side before people decide. In the end it is up to the individual.
lOT OF THINGS ARE Missing. We also add cashew/melon seed paste. Also when boiling tomatoes, we add whole spices like cardamon/ cinnamon/ bay leaf/ mace. Everything is latter blended. one gets a good Tomato puree infused with variety of Indian Spices.
