amazing roots in such a short time! Thank you for all these great videos- mine are growing very slow ( i did finally have 3 show up)- and i think it is because i have too much foliage on them. going to give them a real good trim and keep fingers crossed. so cool to know we can re-germinate by the cutting's rather then to keep buying more seeds! again thank you for all your videos and Happy Gardening!
Please pardon my comment but I prefer MUFGA to all hydroponic systems EXCEPT AeroGarden. I love MUFGA's direct-channel watering to each cell. I would suspect MUFGA tomatoes would be larger, redder, and juicier than any other hydroponic system. However, currently, I am experimenting with 2 gallon buckets and the Kratky method. I have a 100 watt grow light shining on them and I expect tomatoes in 6-7 weeks. I grew bush green beans in 6 weeks under Kratky. The same green beans in soil took over 8 weeks. I've never used cutting so I may try that next time in order to save some time.
Thanks for this very informative video. You were big factor in my decision to get this SpiderFarmer Smart G12. Thank you ! I appreciate your content and techniques. Do you use clonex gel or rooting powder? I used gel and have this brown gunk on the bottom. Clones have all rooted but I’m going to keep one in the unit and take cuttings from it to clone at the same time, in the same unit. Mother plant and clones in one ! Tomatoes look great 💪 BTW, do you know what the little holes are next to the bigger holes on the grow deck ? Thank you 🙏👊👍
No, I don't normally use rooting agent for plant since they just work without any rooting agent. However, I use rooting agent when I clone trees like cherry tree, apple tree, etc. The little holes for support sticks or plant tags. I don't normally use them since I grow only short plants in these gardens.
Maybe lower the nutrient amount, but add MKP during flowering. It seems like the nitrogen level is a bit high which caused more foliage.
Yeah, it could be excess Nitrogen or excell blue light. I am going to experiment from both aspects.
Thank you for sharing!
This was awesome

I also like Mufga and I have no complaints on it so far.
Is MUFGA free of BPA and food grade? They do not list that on Amazon nor answer my question about it. Thanks.
Those roots really nice!
