Ican play it on i2 quad core 9550 3,4ghz but only singleplayer campaign. If i start multiplayer it happend same thing like yours. Try upgrade your cpu and also install game on ssd.

@@Qagenonline i find a old gpu driver in my pc . Old driver gpu can cause drop fps ?
