    One of the best videos I've watched, on the Guerrilla 👍I agree with all your comments although I don't do off road, I'm quite happy on the twistie black stuff ☺ I've got the same model, in Playa Black, and have done just over 2000 miles over the past 2 months, here in the UK. The only downside is, my other bikes are getting a bit dusty 😁At nearly 70, it's probably one of the most likable machines I've owned. Good comfort, good handling and brakes, adequate power and great looks and proportions and it's a biggish single ........ you've probably guessed, I like it! Thanks again for a great down to earth review, all the best, Phil (UK)

    hi friends, I've got a brand new guerrilla yellow ribbon. 340 KM actually done in Italy, Appennini mountain and hills. Really fun bike. I have a meteor 350 too, 3 years old. Never had a problem, just fun. I've had Honda (xl 600R), Yamaha (Virago 535), Aprilia (Pegaso 650)...but never felt so confortable like with Royal Enfield. It doesn't mean where they are built, where they do came froma, they give me only good vibes, and that's all. Speed gives adrenaline, Royal Enfield gives pleasure.

    In Texas, freeway speeds are usually 70-80mph (minimum 65mph in some cities). Certainly a lot of my driving will be 75mph on the way to
    the countryside. (110 kph = ~68mph) Curious to know if significant vibration occurs between 6,200 & 6,400 rpm. Very nice video!

    • @FULLPELTAdventures
      @FULLPELTAdventures  12 днів тому

      Hi gbt, The Guerrilla will sit on 80mph, however as you would expect it is getting to the upper end of it's top speed. The new Royal Enfield Bear 650 has just landed here in Australia, maybe wait for it in the States, it would be better at higher speeds. There is minimal vibration in the 450, in my opinion, but test riding is the only way it will help you with your decision. regards FPPete.

    Morning Pete. Like you I am fortunate to ride different bikes for my channel. Having ridden the Himi 450, I had a gut feeling that this roadster version, using that brilliant 450 Sherpa engine, was going to be good. On my ride review, it took me about 12 minutes to realise just how good it was, and not much longer to figure out I needed one in my life. So, it happened, I have one……the initial 300 mile run in period was a pain, having to change up just when it was about to get interesting. Now, first service done, and we have another 2k revs to play with until we hit 1200 miles, we realise it is a fantastic bike. Only criticism, is the clutch lever is too far out with those of us with small hands, but Hitchcock’s here in the UK, are in the process of developing adjustable levers. I also moved the gear lever up a notch, as it was set too low for me. The rider needs to match the revs to the gear well, otherwise it will bog down, but it doesn’t take long to acclimatise to that. Yes, leave it in Performance mode, no need for Eco. Yes, the suspension is a bit on the firm side, but handles superbly as a result. Great bike, great review.

    How does it compare to the Himalayan?

    • @FULLPELTAdventures
      @FULLPELTAdventures  Місяць тому +2

      It's very similar to the Himalayan. Both bikes deliver for what they are designed for. The Himalayan is a better all rounder for Dirt and road work. The Guerrilla is road biased and do dirt roads and looks cool. Regards FPPete.

      @@FULLPELTAdventures Thanks Pete, if they are similar I'd probably go for the Himalayan, the fuel range wins it for me, shame the tank isn't a little bigger cos I love the look of these especially the blue and white. Thanks again for replying.

      Thanks for watching the vid and your comment. Motorcycles truly are a individual thing. Some will like the Guerrilla some won't, and I'm glad you had a ride on the bike to help you with your decision. I personally like both the Himalayan and the Guerrilla. The 450 Sherpa engine is a sweet engine. Regards FPPete.

      Guess that's why Triumph, BMW, Harleys are getting theirs made via these Indian companies. Believe me mate these bikes are made to take shit the Africans would start a whole ruckus swearing by these bikes. I would honestly buy a Norton but nah they are owned by these Bumbling curry hopping munchkin pooper curry lova fellas. They take quite some pride riding a Royal Enfield. It's was royalty at a time but us we turned it into a love affair 😂. Drive safe hope ya don't go rolling in a fit of rage mate.

      Overjudging person. I bet ya if you made bike with same specs with same quality what would it cost! Lower price doesn't mean cheap. Compare the quality to equivalent or a segment above in real. Not in your imaginative limited thoughts. Have a good day brother.
