Glad to see Giz is back to himself. Our gray feather person is very fond of noises - like car alarms, microwave beeps, car horns, and his favorite is a hawk's high-pitched peep. They all seem to love the noises.

This One amazing Grey Bird brings more joy to my life and many other's, I'm sure. He is so darn precious, funny, sarcastic and cute, how could anyone not love him. That was so funny when you told him he'd be like the Christmas Grinch and he got so excited and asked, "and it's okay?" You really never know what he might say. But he does seem a bit humbuggish, if that's a word. Thank you so much Emily for letting us watch Gizmo. He's the coolest bird in the world!❤❤❤
You've it put it so lovingly and perfectly! It's exactly how I feel about Gizzy too! Gizzy's the gift that keeps on giving! You're right, we're all pretty blessed that Emily and Kyle share Gizbop with us all! I'm like I can't imagine life without him now, he's an incredible example of a fantastic Grey bird with such intelligent hooman ways!! Gizzy's keeps on amazing me each and everyday!! ❤❤
Perfectly said! He has such a personality! I love watching parrots on UA-cam, but they all have the Chinese-room thing going on. All parrots have some level pro contextual aware, but Giz is on another level entirely! For an animal, things like sarcasm isn't an easy concept to grasp, but Giz is a master of quick wit!

@@CheryleeMaybank yes! He really is! Like how he will occasionally make fun of Emily's accent. How does he even recognize she speaks differently from those around her (I think they live in US or Canada)? Or once when they had guests over and we're trying to get him to preform, and he instead started walking sideways and said "I'm being a crab" as if he was too busy "being a crab" to do what they asked. Or recently they posted a video talking and Emily said something about Fire could will you, we responded "Bye bird..." The linguistic awareness he has is closer to a human child than a parrot, even for Grey standards!!! I love watching ringnecks talk because they are just the sweetest little idiots, but nothing is like listening to Giz interact! So happy he is feeling better and about to give us more hamburger rain and violins 😂

I'm reading your comment, thinking absolutely that's how Gizzy's reacting with thoughts and answers in all the different times with such incredible intelligence in such contextual ways! I'm remembering him saying about Queen Elizabeth, Emily's said she's not talked about the Queen or particularly about her homeland! I loved the time he said so clearly Jamaica and Bob Marley was so awesome! Little Regae Man lol"I'm being a crab, going sideways, like you said! It was hilarious lol! Gizzy coming out with different city's in Canada, about prime minister Trudeau, it's like Oh my goodness I'm thinking my children between 5 and 10 wouldn't have thought of that! Gizzy's in Canada but Emily and Kyle have said they don't talk politics. His comical wit and sarcasm are out of this world! Gizzy's like you said absolutely like a small child, definately I think around 7 years old! We could say so many things, Gizzy's a beautiful boy who will just keep all these wonderful vids coming for us to enjoy! He's so much back to his normal self since his horrible fall! Thank Goodness!!
