I knew about triads but no teacher has shown it this way

It’s so odd when you’re playing simple Triad, which isn’t that simple to the untrained ear. A minor to D minor to E minor progression that you played sounds absolutely beautiful. Good job, sir.
E was major.
E should be minor if he's playing a 1-4-5 in A minor

@@DasDoomno one says it has to be... He's got an Andalusian cadence going on with that Emajor which sounds beautiful.
@@DasDoom E is Major cause E is the dominant chord of Am. He could use E minor, but he clearly uses E major for the cadence.
@@DasDoomcheck the Dominant concept to understand why the E7.

These are called inversions if you need something to google on this topic. Inversions are a basic component of composition and harmony. If you want to go deeper, google tertian harmony, which is music structured out of thirds, and is why we have major, minor, and diminished chords.
But what do I know, I've just played bass for decades.

"Ah eu ligo a guitarra nesse pedal board com os pedais XYZ, depois um pré amp ABC, vai pra interface de áudio, de lá gravo com o programa tal, edito aqui e ali e Voilà..."
