bro , i need help. my phone is stuck in a bootloop , and i need to update it on itunes to fix it. my laptop says i have no storage so i bought a 32 GB USB , it still says no storage when i try doing it. i think because it's still trying to use my disk space and not USB space , please please please help :(
The same happened to me but I finally got to fix it myself! You need a lot of patience! I tried to do it during the day and the “extracting software” process would last like 5 HOURS!! NO JOKE!! And on that time the iphone was constantly rebooting. I had lost all my hopes but at night, usually the internet speed is faster so I tried like 5, 10 times at night, i don’t even remember how many but I noticed the process bar was going faster, so around 1-2am I was able to do the restoration before the phone rebooted again while doing it! Just make sure that both your laptop and your phone have enough battery so you don’t interrupt the restore process which lasts about 20 minutes.
Yep, we have the same issue, but I solved the problem by just letting the phone boot loop and then charging it. Once you charge your phone, you just leave it for a while, prolly 3-5 minutes, after which it will go back to normal. Never power off your phone or restart. The issue will go back.
most probably the front camera/ proximity sensor, you will have to disconnect the cable. then do the itunes reset again. It wont do 4013 error anymore. then once its setup you can put the ribbon back again. Even then when you restart your phone it might do the loop again. OR just change the sensor, the sensor is for face recog., if you are happy with just pin code..leave it as it is. Front camera will work but just when you do face id it wont work and possibly when you answer call the screen wont automatically go black. Sorry for the long paragraph :) But to summarize remove your proximity sensor by opening the phone. Or pay 300-500 to apple and get it fixed :)
@@sanketgurung917 yooo!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! NOTHING ELSE WORKED BUT YOUR COMMENT FIXED IT! I KNOW HOW TO GET INTO THE PHONE SO I DID AND DISCONNECTED THE SENSOR AND IT WORKED!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@paulhollins2138 You are most welcome my man 😊 just try to restart the phone when you disconnect and setup the phone again. If the phone gets stuck in the loop again, then you will have to change the face id/speaker unit altogether. It will solve it but the face id will never work ☹️ Glad I could help 😊
I’m going insane every time I get it tomorrow recovery mode and hook it up to iTunes every time when it gets done downloading the software it goes straight back to the boot loop and disconnects it do I have to re connect it n do it

Mine in endless boot loop. But it can go through the iTunes restore. Once completed restore, it went back to boot loop. What could be wrong. It dropped before. It tries to boot up sometimes, it flashes green shortly then flashes apple logo endlessly. Thank yoy
open the phone, remove the face id ribbon from the motherboard and do the itunes it will work after that put the ribbon back on and shut the phone. Screw the bottom 2 pins and never let it go flat. Or just change the face id module, it wont work but the speaker and proximity sensor will. Face id unfortunately is programmed by apple to go with that particular serial number only. thank me later
So it is better to either keep it charged all the time or to replace the face id/speaker/proximity sensor. The only downside is that face id will never ever work. Upside is its less of worry

@@jeloubaguio2674 I actually got it fixed, I initially was letting the phone boot loop happen while charging the phone & w/o because that’s how I fixed it first time. But this time after the boot loop w/o charging I plugged it into computer and it turned on. Didn’t need to click anything, just had to make sure the message about “trust phone/computer” pops up.
After reboot. Volume up and side button finally turned it on! You are a hero!
This is the 4th time doing it. After all iphones I've never experienced a crappier phone than this.

Thanks a lot brother. Restoring through Recovery Mode has worked in my case.
After several hours !!! And several videos! You rock!
What if NONE of those issues, on top of the battery fix it? Has anyone else experienced that? Is there a way to somehow force it into DFU mode or etc?
Charging cable?
