Oh man what a fun deck! Gonna craft that Grimoire too. MtG Malone that revenant has such a sick alternate artwork and finally this card is useful with this combo, shelly is mostly the better pick but now I can use for a combo.
I really like the idea of the deck and crafted it. Currently 0-10 stats - it feels too slow for the meta. 6 of my matchups were against mono-red, where I couldn’t even survive past turn 4. Against control setups, the combo pieces are too vulnerable to removal and counters, or the new Valgavoth steals any of your mills. So, keep this in mind if you're considering using your wildcards for this deck.

I lose to this deck yesterday. I let my opponent drain me out. He had to click every trigger and it took him a while, but if he wanted the win he had to work on it.😂

We’ll I’m new as I said.. I just like playing a game where you have to think hard about your next move… but what’s the fun in dying in three turns… I didn’t know cards games are pay to win like a bad mobile game..
Urabrask forge is one of the worst designs in a long time. You get a bigger creature each turn for doing nothing and not all colors can deal with it. This is why abilities need cost for resource management, but no forge is I got three lands I win if you don’t answer it. Lazy lazy design. It literally just needs at the beginning of your attack step pay 1 if you do then. So easy to make it balance and actually strategy to play the card and it would still be a nuisance and powerful. Same thing needs to be on caretaker’s talent too. Paying one is a hella good deal for drawing a card and you sac tempo to get lots of power bringing the advantage of the card draw more into balance. Arena feels like it has turn magic the gathering into MTG for dummies.
@@spaceghost_87 the main problem is am the free creature each turn what is the going rate for a 3/1 usually two mana. And 4/1 with haste three mana. A 5/1 with haste three to four mana depending on draw back. The point is for a three mana investment you get basically free creatures every subsequent turn and that is really the issue. Even preacher of the schism at three needs to meet certain requirements to produce a creature and doesn’t do so each turn for free. Which plays into strategy and board state
That's why it's a combo with caretakers talent and the forge but venerated rotpriest + mockingbird or ivy spell thief is by far more toxic ( pun intended) than the forge and caretakers talent. I play the Reanimator Dinosaur deck from LegenVD and everytime I see UF+Caretakers Talent decks I smile. Cool you got your combo I got mine putting ghalta, carnosaur or vaultborn tyrant turn 5 out with rakdos joins up or coiling rebirth and win mostly the game on that turn or later why they're waiting that I lay creatures so they get lost (oh man theses puns XD) or lightning helixed
Forge is only good because they can reliably prevent you from having any blockers. I mean boros can run literally 24 board wipes, including an instant speed one, and ones that take out all artifacts and enchantments you're likely to play by turn 4 or 5-and that's not even counting the non-creature-wiping mass artifact/enchantment removal like Cease/Desist or Season of the Burrow, etc. They can even board wipe a crafted Grim Captain for 3 mana with 4 each of 2 different spells. If it wasn't for all of that, then the stupid forge would be irrelevant.
The best thing with this combo is that it plays itself unlike some combos where you have to do 5 action for each ping (like the legends combo xD)

Alternative win cons is so fun. My favorite is the rooms so far.
My favorite Mono red deck used Jackal Pup. This new mono red is to ridiculous. Mono red in Standard should be a turn 5 win.

The forced loss mechanism just sucks. If you play a lot its not so bad but as a casual player its soul destroying.
