You would never sleep feeling safer than w/Floppa on duty. When I was 16 I house sat for my neighbors who had a massive German Shepard & a Collie. They both slept on the bed w/me & I never knew a more peaceful sleep than that week.❤
I had a similar thing house sitting for my mom. She had this enormous rotty who was as huge as his heart, but when you went to bed he came too and he wanted to get so close that he'd push you out of bed if you let him.
It's not domesticated. It's fed and safe, so it tolerates the situation. There's a big difference and it's why owning animals like these is incredibly dangerous and often leads to injury and the animal being put down.
