Questionable Hyperion Torin Drive w/ SmartRise C4 Controller Geared Traction Elevator Machine Room

This is quite crammed, this one also has a controller that looks exactly like SmartRise, the other controller on the other car looks a little different, but what concerns me is how theres a circuit board just laying there and wired up… For whatever reason the regular brake AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE engage and disengage! I don’tknow why it doesthat but it’s very concerning.
