You'll have to research Google Recaptcha for details. I don't know much past how to install it on your site.

Either it didn't work or it's hidden. There are ways to hide recaptcha which is built into something themes. This video covers two of them, it may help you find the source of the problem: ua-cam.com/video/IrWmkj_hK7s/v-deo.html
