Brother I’ve been trying to find something comfortable to use for myself I’m pretty heavy (245lbs) will this hold my weight? If so, where can I get myself one of those hammocks???

What if someone breaks out your window? You will fall and the shifter will cause acute rectal trauma and paramedics will have to cut the shifter off and remove it at the hospital.
That would be very painful… but the window is not what holds it. It goes on top of the door and then you lock the door. Someone could break the window and have someone unlock it and open the door quickly for you to fall. But if someone it’s willing to do all that to hurt you they are going to do it regardless if you are sleeping or not. But yes that is alway a risk. Good point.

My personal opinion it is very comfortable just like a regular hammock

Yes you will. It is adjustable it depends on the truck if it is wide enough
