A few thoughts: - agree that Dan doesn’t like others touching his stuff…and Harry surely knows that. Life’s a game to be enjoyed. - Dan’s taste in racquets is exceptional - We need more footage of Dan playing so we can match his reflections on racquets with his play style
Oreo Hybrid refers to a soft poly in the center and hard poly on the outside, like an Oreo cookie. I used Yonex Polytour Pro in the center 10 mains and center 10 crosses. Polytour Strike in the remaining mains and crosses, all at 52 pounds. Since it requires six prices of string and 12 knots, depending on the racquet, it might require opening up some grommets. Seems to work better on stiffer racquets, also great on a Clash v.1. It seems to reward sweet spot hits in a special way. Kind of trains the brain to focus. Your local stringer will not like me.
Just want to applaud the production quality of this video! Been watching you for years and your sound and video has gotten so great! Glad that you are still motivated and putting in the work to make great high quality content!
Dan certainly doesn't like people holding/touching his collection of rackets lol, he immediately kept snatching it back if an attempt was made to hold it! 😅
Because they don't respect the rackets. Like he would have imagine someone just picking one of his racket and suddenly ding and chip the paint off. Harry almost didn't respect anyone's rackets. I hope he soon realized that and be better.
Dan was Amazing!! He is right the Gravity is a serve Game Changer. I play with a Hybrid Head Velocity cross 52 Lynx Tour Mains 48 (Using 17 Gauge breaks way to fast)! Head Gravity pro User!!
There are so many options, variables and individual player characteristics that it is difficult to refine choices to what is best suited for a player. It would be interesting to develop some kind of analysis system (AI?) that could do a comprehensive analysis of player strokes and suggest the best rackets, weights, strings, tensions etc. to align with that player. Even with trying a variety of demo rackets, one does not always get a good picture of playability due to string types and tensions used.
Can you post a list of the names of the racuets and strings he mentioned. The video went so quickly it was difficult to pick them all up. A great video by the way, very good subject matterand well handled by you both.
Funnily enough, I played with the Head Gravity Pro (currently using a Head Liquidmetal Prestige Mid). The main difference I found was how the ball feels coming off the string bed. The Gravity felt like it dampened the ball a bit more which I'm not a fan of. But I did get more spin and velocity on my serves which I liked. It did feel a bit lighter. I have yet to properly test groundstrokes and volleys, but it was pleasant.
Since I got this frame, I’ve felt like a lone conspiracy theorist. Was I the only one who knew? Why wasn’t anyone else talking about this? Who was suppressing this information?! (And, yes, a mighty platform; mine are at 337 SW. 'Got one for my sis. She plays it stock---changed her game.)
@@brandomaxwell there seems to be some people very hyped with the graphene 360 Radical MP... So do you prefer the 360 model over the 360+? Why, what differences do you feel between the two? If at the same price, would you still pick the 360 over the 360+?
@@TimTheMusicMan You could tell that Harry stopped short of touching all of them at about the mid way point after Dan would snatch them back within 3 seconds.
@@peanutbusta haha. I felt bad for Harry. This is the same child when you are invited to his house for his 10th birthday party, afterwards when the kids discover his playroom he is the one who doesn’t allow you to touch any of his toys.
i went from pro staff 5.8 (?) 95in, it was black and red no yellow, then yonex rds002 tour 98in (was 355-360gr strung) then as i grew older head youtek radical pro with leather grip (around 345gr strung) and now at 38 i use a 100in yonex with leather grip which is sround 330gr strung

What is the point to string the center with more lively string when the center is the most lively spot by itself. Towards the frame it's deader, so you should use there the more lively string. I can't understand Dan's purpose with this.
No one's supposed to know about the Radical 360 MP. I’m alerting the racket police. Dan's supposed to be hyping the latest thing, not some overlooked find that’s now available half-priced. Racquet Scientist indeed! At least he didn't mention how it’s one of those rare retail frames actually played by the pro who endorses it, a US Open Champion no less! Then everyone would know. And we don’t want that!
Hi, now that the new line is out, both the 360 and 360+ MP can be found at the same or very similar price (around 150$) in some places. Would you recommend the 360 over the plus? And why, what are your impressions on it? Some reviews and threads I've seen out there are of the opinion that the + is pretty much the same but with better feel. Also, the US champion you were referring to is Cilic, I guess? He actually endorses the Prestige, but I think that his pro-stock is probably based on an older radical (not the Gr360).
@@Maiqel, see my reply to your 1st questions in your later comment. As to the major champ who actually plays it, that's Sloane Stevens, who until 2023 played it under its own paint. Now she plays it under Speed MP paint; or she's switched to that stick, but I doubt it.

Dan has 5 seconds rule when it comes to his racket.
Some might say he has an unhealthy relationships with his sticks.

Ok... We need an "Oreo hybrid string job" instructional video.
Looks sick
Agreed
I've seen at least one on YT. Lendl used this setup, Dan didn't invent it unless he strung for Lendl.....
Great to see a new Prince on TS 👌🏼🍀
Excelllent contribution from Dan, Thanks.
Can I find out more about the Dan's Oreo stringing method? I found it interesting...
Thanks Michael! Used to love see you play when I was a kid!
How many rackets does he need. He’s a little OCD with rackets. ‘Don’t touch my rackets’. He was pulling them away from poor Harry.
Haha 😄

Great channel! My top 5: POG, Prince Approach, Yonex Cyborg 2200, Max 200G, Pro Staff Classic 6.1
I’ve been tempted to grab a Cyborg off of eBay.
dunlop 200 lite, head speed pro grapheme XT, blade 98 (black and silver one), pure drive (roddick edition), pro staff tour 90

Now, I wanna demo that Prince racket.
Have been using the Hyper Hammer 4.0 for many years, love it! But have now switched over to Yonex E100... let's see what happens! Fingers crossed....
The Prince Twistpower is made in Japan.
Pure Strike VS. Agree!
Perfect all rounder at 44/46 gut/alupower combo.
Nice cosmetics to boost.

Dan has been hitting those hammer curls 💪
The 2019 Radical MP is a bit of a hidden 💎 Thin beam, light, maneuverable, stiff, and great for 1 handed backhands. Very customizable too.
