It happens all too frequently these days I've noticed, on other programmes too...very distracting and quite difficult to listen to anybody...so sadly I usually switch off....I like Ben and Kat, it's a good dynamic....but they could just do with being a little less...#justmyopinion

Yes she has,just like lulu when she claimed she had this secret cream that stopped her ageing 😂😂 but wouldn't say what was in it 😂 but we all know they've all had face-lifts and tons of botox 😂
Would have been much better if Ben and Cat just let Glynis just speak and impart her advice, it's supposed to be about her beauty secrets, not the presenters!

Yes, I was fairly sure that she had work done regularly, as I see her in photos at a certain Harley St clinic (on their IG account) and they are always saying thank you Glynis and lovely to see you again! I guess it could be non-invasive work?

There is absolutely no cure or remedy for getting older…you are growing old from the day you are born…it is much better to improve yourself and your state of mind from the inside out..instead of being a slave to vanity…accept yourself for who you truly are..not what you look like or others tell you how to look like…be comfortable in your own skin..and help others to do the same…then maybe you will be the one setting a new trend that others can follow.

In recent weeks this program has had doctors and nutritionists on saying that collagen supplements are a waste of money.
If you want to produce collagen, chia seeds in porridge combined with zinc and vitamin C will do it and it’s cheaper . Flax seed too
Proper soup/broth made with chicken with bones in, or beef bones, are best for collagen.
Cat is rubbish at this , she talks non stop and never lets the guests talk

I like Glynis but she has had some help. I do face yoga and people think I look younger but ageing has a lot to do with genetics. My mum and dad both looked younger than their ages.

I really like Ben and cat, and I know they have to interact with their guests, but let them speak. Everything always seems rushed and unfinished so you don’t get the best of them. Early day tho.

There is no secret it’s down to luck. Loads of people down at the local gym work out like semi pro athletes and eat healthy food and drinks all day long. They do not all age well trust me.
Sometimes I think it's all down to stress, or lack of.
