Hello sir, sorry to bother you. I live in Belgium and I have problems with different orchids. I have an orchid that almost died 3 times I saved her but she had a Keiki for a few months and a flower stem, the problem is that the keiki does not produce roots and the flowers fade after a month . The other two plants have had root rot and no longer grow. Currently I have them placed in construction sand. What can I do to help them please? Good for you. Rosalie
You just put it in the construction sand, keep it in a cool place. Do not water too much. It is best to observe that the sand is still moist, then you do not need to water. Let the tree regenerate itself. The most suitable temperature for orchids to grow is from 20-30 degrees Celsius.

Y el ajo para que es? Si sella los extremos con cera, no podra abosrber ninguna sustancia o elemento que promueva el crecimiento. En ese caso, el unico efecto seria bactericida sobre el tallo y luego sobre el sustrato. Da igua si es ajo, canela o un desinfectante quimico.
