Yeah, definitely makes me wanna break out the light gear next trip in the bay. All day spotties, and Corvina, I’ll take that every day. I initially wasn’t going to make such small underpins. My intended range was from 1/8 ounce to 1 1/2 ounce. But after this video, I may dive into some smaller ones just for the sake of experimenting. I bet these little underpins would also be crappie magnets. Another exceptional video 👍🏻
@@chrisbrandtthebeefshaman I suppose.. I have avoided the local lakes like the plague for decades. If I want some FW action, I head east , everything I want out there, in far more abundance than anything local..

3" gulp minnows are deadly. i was there the day before and the bite was wide open for the smaller guys just outside the boats on that grass flat. larger models were alitte deeper. had a blast buddy and i got 45 between the two of us. keep at brother..

It all depends on what you’re looking for. Some days I just want LM bass. So nice having the options here in SD!
