Starting from the Sniper, Lazy also starts 'behind the scenes' videos for each class, still with commentary, but pretty much 'cut off/extras' behind-the-scenes recordings from the main videos. Still pretty hilarious to watch.
8:25 "You can't even see the frame I cross his head" This can actually be explained quite easily; The game does those kind of calculations at something like 64fps, so you lose like 8% of the frames when you record at 60fps (which Lazy does).
12:55 Spy can't instant kill you with his gun, unless it's a random crit. Otherwise he'll have to shoot you twice. His backstab is the ONLY insta kill mechanic in his kit and why so many people denounce the Razorback (myself included) is because it teaches snipers to just ignore spies when they should have space awareness.
If you don't want to wait for the head, do what I do and strafe without moving your mouse. It'll get your sight to the target, avoid spastic flicking and make you a moving target at the same time.
The problem sounds more like he actually likes the flick method even though it’s drastically more difficult, because it apparently feels cooler. For me, if that’s how you want to play, then you’d likely have a better time playing a class that can still headshot, but isn’t sniper. Like Spy. Sniper is clearly not built for the flick shot method, since it’s a sniper rifle and is more designed for precision, meaning the more straight you keep the shot, the better it’s gonna be. The same can be said for Spy, but at least he doesn’t automatically get slower when he’s aiming his shot properly.
The way TF2 runs it goes off of server ticks. This causes some tricky issues when it comes to latency and hitscan. It tries to favor the shooter but sometimes coinflips tails. Most classes don't really notice this with a few exceptions, those being spy, pyro, and of course, sniper. It all boils down to the server connection you get. Sometimes you will have to be precise to land your shots. Other times, you quite literally get away with murder allowing for flick shots that are crimes against nature. The sort of things where someone fires a quickscope shot and misses, and then you kill them after they've already retreated behind a wall and now suddenly you're hacking. It really boils down to your latency that day, and how capable the snipers you have pitted against you might be when it comes to deciding to wait for the head or go for a flick. Patience is always more reliable, but sometimes you just gotta roll the dice and hope for glory.

Flicking or not its his own question for everyone. But one is same for every one. THAT DAMN SCUTS

I can't believe you skipped the "how it feels to suffer"... I'm not mad... I'm just very disappointed...
