dont forget pulte were stepping the game up from here on out are target locations are bigger suburb cities for the wealthy ex. sports athletes, dr., movie stars etc. 3 to 7 million dollar houses
Harvest and Pecan Square are both developed by Hillwood. Both have a significant amount of community events, more in Harvest until Pecan has more buildout. The Ridge is a smaller community with less events. Pecan Square is Northwest ISD. Harvest is 2/3 Argyle ISD and 1/3 Northwest ISD. The Ridge is Argyle ISD. Depends on what you’re looking for.
