I followed the tutorial step by step to create the PayPal yesterday. I was waiting for confirmation today but they said they suspect my account to be fraudulent. So they suspended the account. I really need the PayPal account for serious business. Please can you help?

Paypal is always updating their system and they are marking Ghanaian cards as fraud thats why your card is declining. Im working on a new way so please stay tuned for it.

Good question! paypal will limit your account until you verify it by linking your card. so please do that first to stop your account from being frozen.

Please recently I have been trying to create a PayPal account which PayPal will limit it within 24hrs and also they declined my card(Ecobank, Access) and also they will limit the account without even trying to link my cards.
I have created 3 accounts and they are still limiting it
