As a Law student in Nigeria, will these techniques work since Law has to do with a lot of reading and writing. And are flashcard necessary for this course?
Yes it also works for law students because these techniques are the best way to retrieve information from your brain for everything. I believe medical students also do as much reading and writing as you do so I'm sharing 2 videos with you. They show how a medical student applies active recall (ua-cam.com/video/MSq-KGj_cnY/v-deo.html) and spaced repetition (ua-cam.com/video/Kl0RM_9cVzE/v-deo.html) indepth. This should provide more insight of how to do it. You'll also see how to apply flashcards to a similar reading heavy course.
Yeah! You're right. I did that in my BSc and MSc and it worked. Active recall.
