You do not understand the human feeling when one is evicted from his property. Have u ever been kicked out of your own house, which u constructed with your effort and money. This churches are not built by Devalokom or Patriarch. The original owners are the parish holders who sweat and spent money for the construction. Even one Rs was given by the catholicose who claim ownership over these properties. Regarding the SC judgement SC is notorious in giving lot of nonsense judgement. See the Sabarimal issue. What this SC has to do with the temple customs and practices. Why Sabarimal is a public park to give entry for ladies. Another judgement in which SC ruled Housewife can do adulteration which can not be questioned by her husband. Another controversial judgement was Soumya case in which SC done injustice to Soumya who was raped and killed by the rapist. Homosexuality is unethical and against the nature and unhealthy, still SC said okay for homosexulity. What happened to Sabarimala judgement. LDF the great supporter of the judgement already shelved this judgement. Now, the SC ruled for demolition of the 500 flats illegally constructed in Marad. During the construction where were the corporation authorities. Why the SC did not put these culprits behind bars. Why the SC call the chief secretary and threatened him imprisonment. What about the developers who done this illegal construction, why there is no punishment for them. Who will pay compensation for those flat owners who spent money. SC was respected once they issue justifiable judgements. Now, the application of rule of law depends upon the money and power. Like in Sabha dispute, very clearly SC can settle this issue within one or two months. Send a fact finding commission to get the decision of each parish public body and find their decision to stay with which faith. Their decision must be binding on SC. Because these churches are not built by supreme court or government or Catholicose. Then how SC can give the properties to Catholicose??. These priests and bishops are servants of the church their job must be confined only to spiritual work and not administrative work. Thanks for your understanding.
All SC said is that the churches must be governed by the 1934 constitution. Also the other faction got adverse judgement even in the past (1958,1995 & 2017) from SC & multiple times from local courts & HC. If the adverse judgement only happens once, then your statement would have made sense. But that's not what happen.
