About 5 years
On mine it usually lasts about 3-4 washes until it's almost completely gone and probably 6ish washes until I'm back to blonde. I use manic panic dyes tho and go a tiny bit darker pink than this video. It's kind of high maintenance if you want to keep it but it's nice if you're indecisive about hair colors like I am

This is sooo smart to mix conditioner with the dye so your hair won't dry out❤️❤️❤️❤️
The conditioner is to make the colour a pastel, otherwise it would be a bright colour.
Colour companies make pastelisers but this is a cheap way of doing it

I have to say besides you being a very beautiful girl, u look gorgeous in every color, but for some reason, I think it's bc of ur skin tone and eyes, I think u look the best in Pastel pink,,,,,, I also have Pastel pink in my hair for 3 years now, and I must say, it has become "my signature look," I really would never place blue or green. But that's just me....I think blue or green looks too much like a mermaid...

"Pink Flamingo" by Manic Panic is a similar shade of salmon pink or pink coral.

The vitamin c method works well and it's not damaging, but if you want something stronger, try a bleach bath. :)

Well if you have dark hair bleach it first obviously to a light yellow, it will also be very damaging. Then use an ashy blonde toner

How much do all these dyes cost and where can I find them?
I'm in Australia and found "Bright Organix" dyes in 3 colours (purple, pink and blue, in 75g tubes) for just under $10 in Woolworths. I'll be searching out the big discount pharmacy down the road for more colours and brands this week. Hopefully they're not too pricey!
It depends on the condition of your hair & the type of color you use. If you've bleached or color-treated your hair, your hair will be more porous, which means the color will be absorbed more, making it harder to wash out over time. To find out beforehand, you could do a strand test. & If you use a temporary dye and it lingers, you can use a clarifying shampoo or anti-dandruff shampoo to help get the color out, but be sure to condition your hair well 'cause it can strip the oils from your hair.

ashley nicole Izar My hair goes down to my ass and I've been dying it for 6 years, so yes I do. Hair can break off from bleaching or dying, but it's highly unlikely you will go bald if you take care of your hair like you're supposed to. And the woman in the video clearly takes goof care of her hair so I don't know why you felt the need to make an ignorant ass comment.

it can stay like this for three washes but in two weeks it'll be completely gone
but when it fades do i have my natural blonde back or is it a weird colour then?
Antonia Schulte it will most likely still be a little color left. :) but you can always use a white toner. (manic panic virgin snow)

Is Pravana necessary? I'm a fan of manic panic and splat.
I've used Pravana and Manic Panic and I recommend Pravana, it's so much better. If you're doing a pastel color (such as this one) and you were to use Manic Panic or Splat, it would literally last one, maybe two, washes. +Aaron Le Shipping for me usually takes 1-2 weeks, sometimes more or less. 😊 The dye usually stays really, really well in my hair, although it can also depend on how porous your hair is when you put the dye on, how long you leave it on, whether you dilute it, etc. Fair warning, I wouldn't put it straight out of the tube on your hair unless you plan on keeping it for a VERY long time. I put violet on my hair straight out of the tube and after a year, it was still in streaks in my hair (meanwhile doing color stripping treatments in that year). 😂 Good luck with your hair and you're very welcome! ☺ ^__^

hi, the dye brittany has shown in her videos appears to have a very silvery undertones in it; she only uses a little bit so its hard to tell, but if you were to use the magenta color on darker hair, it might give a shiny magenta tint. i dont think it would show too well or at all on dark brown/almost black/black hair

The pink actually lasts longer than most other pastel colors. I won't have to touch it up for maybe 3 weeks.
Do you think it could work on really dark hair, obviously it wouldn't give the same effect, but like possibly show a slight tint in the sun or something ?

When I get it bleached I just ask "please make my hair as light as you can & pretty please do not over lap it- I will tone it at home" :)
