    Three Milk Cake Recipe!
    Step 1: Prepare the cake
    Eggs 4 (room temp)
    Sugar (powdered)120g
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    All purpose flour 120g
    Oil 1/4 cup
    - In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
    - Add the vanilla extract & baking powder and mix well.
    - Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, mixing until just combined.
    - Add oil and mix lightly.
    - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
    - Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    - Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
    Step 2: Prepare the Milk Mixture
    Milk 2 cups
    Evaporated milk 1/2 cup (optional)
    Cream 1/2 cup
    Condensed milk 3/4 cup
    - Combine the milk, evaporated milk (if using), cream, and condensed milk. - -- Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
    - Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
    - Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake.
    - Allow the cake to absorb the milk mixture. You can refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight to enhance flavor.
    Step 3: Prepare the Ganache
    Dark chocolate 100g
    Cooking cream 1/2 cup (125ml)
    - To prepare the ganache, place a bowl in hot water, add dark chocolate & cream.
    Let it sit for 2 minutes, then mix until smooth.
    Step 4: Prepare the frosting
    Whipping cream 200g
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    About half of the prepared ganache
    - In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
    - Add half of the prepared ganache until well combined.
    Assemble the Cake:
    - Once the cake has absorbed the milk mixture and cooled completely, spread the whipped cream frosting evenly over the top.
    - Drizzle the remaining ganache over the frosting in a decorative pattern.
    - Refrigerate the cake for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
