    Beef Haleem Recipe
    Ingredients:
    Wheat (Gandam): 3/4 cup
    Chana Daal: 1/2 cup
    Mash Daal: 1/3 cup
    Moong Daal: 1/3 cup
    Masoor Daal: 1/3 cup
    Rice: 1/3 cup
    Barley (Jau Dalia): 1 cup (alternative to jau)
    Boneless Beef: 800g
    Oil: 1 cup
    Onions: 3-4
    Cumin (Zeera): 1 tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
    Fried Onions: half
    Green Chilies: 4-5
    Salt: 2-3 tsp
    Yogurt: 1 cup
    Shan Haleem Masala: 4 tbsp
    Process:
    - Soak the lentils overnight.
    - In a large pot, heat the oil and add the onions.
    - Brown the onions and set aside from the oil.
    - In the same oil, add cumin and ginger garlic paste, then add the meat.
    - Fry this for 7-8 minutes.
    - Add half of the fried onions, green chilies, salt, yogurt, and Shan Haleem Masala.
    - Fry again for another 7-8 minutes.
    - Add 1 litre of water and cook the meat for an hour.
    - After an hour, remove the excess oil & add the soaked lentils, barley, and 2 litres of water.
    - Let it cook for about 3 hours.
    - Mash or blend the mixture with any method you prefer until the desired consistency is achieved.
    Garnish with the remaining fried onions, sliced ginger, green chilies, and lemon slices.
