What's really creepy about Little Nightmare's enemies is that they look somewhat human but they're clearly not, cause of the way they act.

From the corpulent, heavy breathing to the inexplicable, gravity-defying ceiling crawl, the Doctor is easily the creepiest enemy in the game.
It's not "gravity-defying", if you don't think he's fat, but looks and acts like a bloated cadaver.
I think the reason how hes on the ceiling is at 3:28 you can missing tiles in the ceiling and he grabs onto them.
@@littlefox3099 no we can clearly see him crawling on the ceiling. Those missing tiles must be because the Doctor was crawling on the ceiling for a long time.He is probably very heavy considering the appearance of his, and the results: the ceiling starts falling apart

For those that are freaking out, he's actually burning in a cremation chamber, which burns at a very intense heat. So he did kind of get the fast way out, but also experienced some major fourth degree burns before kicking the bucket. That's also why his screams weren't long, cause he got roasted super quick.

To be fair, the moment that he dedicates himself to killing you both in earnest is the same moment that you cut off one of his patients' life support for the sake of a distraction.

Honestly, by little nightmares standards he isn't that bad of a dude. The patients are said to adore him and they probably went there of their own free will, and he's literally just doing his job. Is the job fucked up? Yeah absolutely, but so is the rest of the city and he's obviously not a bad doctor considering his patients seem perfectly alive even without their heads.

Current consensus, based on the secret ending, is that this game is a prequel taking place bedore the events of The Maw. The patient is likely just some random dude.
Cremation chambers are bad ass. Some of them hit the body with mini flame throwers all over. The body sort of flicks away one piece at a time. It’s pretty wild to see the physical form of a human turn into carbon.
Kudos to whoever made the ceiling!! You're a master architect

By the looks of it, he looks like he’s on his hands and knees, so there’s something going on about this doctor, considering the fact that he’s the only antagonist that crawls on the ceiling

I wonder, hence the title "Little Nightmares" meant that this whole event is simply that, a nightmare, though whoever is having these nightmares might have medical issues enough for them to "live" in their long lasting dream of horrors (or perhaps they were in a coma?) only to one day awaken into reality that their nightmare this whole time is the future.
