Wow, very cool vdo on putting on a full body harness, cow's tail, knots 4 the cows, & purpose of ea cows tail. A good buddy system 2 check yur harness b4 going up, 2 pr eyes r better than 1 pr of eyes. A very gd emphasis on lv 1 full body harness. Thx 4 sharing on Utube.
So have you found work?..if so may I ask what kind of work and if it has been what you had hoped for when you went to rope access work?.... I am signed up for training to get my level 1 SPRAT and am so so excited!
Thanks for this very Informative vid bro. I'm just about to take my L1 so this has helped a lot.. I've also just joined you FB page. So will be keeping a close eye on the posts. Cheers man great vid
Hi Thank you series going very well.I want to ask you about you connected DuckR to waist cowstail. For Fall arest device should be chest D ring or not. All the best. Looking forward for next episode.
It doesn’t have to be attached to the chest. Some companies require it. But from a manufacturers stance it’s not required. Also, please note it’s a rope access backup device not a fall arrest device and it tested/certified as such. Cheers
Great question. That will depend on the company you are working for. But I would rather cut the tails off. I don’t like when people tape the tails. At the end of the day, they are more likely to get in your way. I hope this answers your question. Mikey
Not sure why you show waist/leg harness adjustments, etc with a black harness against a black background and dark grey trousers. Seems unhelpful, but perhaps it was mandated by someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

Hey would you cut the tails or tape them to the rope so they aren't flailing around?
Great question.
That will depend on the company you are working for.

Next year, im going to get Rope Access 1level 😅
Good Luck and have fun doing it
what shape of carabiner do you recommend?
That will totally be personal.
Im a big fan of the “D” shape
@@theropeaccessandclimbingpo2380
May I ask you why prefer the "D" shape rather than oval shape?
I find they sit better, they fit in my hand better and i can use them in more applications.
Many would disagree. But like i said. Personal preference
I like the look of the harness, where can I get one??
