Binge watching and making my list of houses to check out. I ended up getting SSE and starting a new playthrough just because I wanted to have some of your great finds in my life. One thing I honestly dont understand is the ubiquitous ladders in so many builds- both regular game and mods - the beautiful designs with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail and then a ladder to a critical part of the house that looks like it was cobbled together out of old packing crates and reused nails. Makes me laugh when they turn up right in the middle of a gorgeous home.
Love Niflholm so much!! My only complaint is I wish there was a pool in the middle of the mage hall, maybe with a statue, a few gleanblossoms, a little ivy...wouldn't that be stunning with that amazing ceiling!
I have no idea how I never came across this video before, since I watch all your uploads when I get notified, but WOW! This is pure perfection to me. Except for the kid's room, but I can ignore that. Always wanted to do a dwemer related playthrough, but all the houses are either too lavish, add NPCs, pets, quests that I don't want or they're just boring. This is the perfect size, has everything you need and looks amazing to boot. What a treasure. It made me super inspired to start playing. And a great video as always, ofc.
Can't wait to visit it by my side tonight like i'll do too with Niflholm , Reach Stone Retreat , Rkung Zel , Stone Haven Manor , Mzurak Manor , Angrac Watch , Black Reach Railroad , Texarium ( correctly ) , Clockwork ( later cause serious quest ) , The Forgotten City ( later too cause another serious quest )
Oh yeah the Forgotten City is a great one, I haven't installed it this time around but I might still do as it was a fun (but long) quest! I'm a massive fan of Clockwork too:)
I don't find yet Ancient Fortress to put it also in the list. I downloaded too 2 news falmers and 6 news dwemers machines to fight into their subterranean massive cities from Mihail mods About Inigo i delete him before making him coming back when i'll do Beyond Skyrim Bruma , Falskaar , Caves of Morrowind , The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal ( wish this mod unrequired to do the other quest about the Blades's faction in the homeland of Redguards ) and of course Moonpath to ELSWEYR to let him see again his mother land.
@@FebrithDarkstar Yes, i like it a lot! It is strange, i never had Dwemer Architecture / Interior on my Agenda. It never "spoke" to me,, left me with pure ignorance behind - but you can´t oversee their amazing knowledge and intelligence. You helped me finding a way to see "Beauty" in all of this :-) *kuddel-kuddel
"I love him, but he's always under my feet." He's a cat. That's what they do =P. I think you've made me a believer in Dwemer homes. I tried to add TeXarium, but its entrances are inside Valkyrja Castle (One was inside the forge), which I'm keeping, no question. Oh well =/. This one wows me too! I don't know why I never thought to disable the animal heads before watching your videos, but I always do it too, now. I know we kill them when we're adventuring, but I don't need body parts around the house! Thanks =)
Aaah yeh those two totally clash:( As far as I know Niflholm doesn't clash with anything else (not that I've found anyhow!) And absolutely about the body parts!
I feel sad that you parked Inigo. I run with probably 4 followers, 3 creatures, and 4 summons. I use Jaxonz Blink Teleport to get past them a lot. Also Inigo has a setting to change his follow distance. Pretty house btw.
One of those sentences you never thought would come over your lips: This is a beautiful Dwemer home. Period! Trust me when I say I literally struggled to keep my mouth shut when you entered the kitchen - my chin intended to drop on my chest but that's not a good idea when you are eating an ice cream bar (you know, like a mars bar but with ice cream) at the same time. Well, the reason why this home is cozy is A) the wooden meublage (furniture) and B) the lighting. The mod author understood how it is possible to make stone feel warm. If you look at vanilla houses and homes they tend to feel cold, like the palace at Windhelm, the latter obviously been given this cold atmosphere on purpose but they could have given the place a different look and feel just by adjusting the light. The water tub in the smithy is a very interesting feature. I think, I've never seen one of these, especially in the vanilla version, although it is essential for smithing. 🤔
Totally - I think the addition of all the lovely warm wood worked wonders and they did a brilliant job with not only the easy to navigate layout, but also the sheer amount of fabulous decoration put into this home:) Ummmm Mars ice cream though...! I had a hazelnut chocolate cornetto today - on a wet rainy day in the North of England - we don't follow no rules!
I tried to download this and several other mods you have done showcases on, but they didn’t show up in the search results even though I am sure I spelled the names right :( would you mind starting to specify which platform mods are compatible with in the titles? Please and thanks :)
Hi! I only do mods for PC and I put the link for each house under my description so you can just click straight on it and it will take you to the mod page:)

A very definite Victorian-Steampunk vibe to it!
For sure, it's why it's one of my favourites - I love all things Steampunk!

This House / Mansion feels like brought back to live with lots of Love! Thank you, Feb - you have a great understanding of "Live-Style" :-)
I'm happy that you like it - this house had literally everything that I love:)

I have loved this house since you suggested it, the tea is very nice, plus linked storage is a wonderful thing!
So glad you're enjoying it!:)
The Phantom of the Dwemer home. The music will follow you.

He's my second favorite follower, Professor Benjamin Doon is the first. (Biased opinion though)
