This is exactly what you need to hear from us Adam. 100% . Don't stop making videos, the creative aspect they give you is a very important and life-fulfilling purpose to have in your life. I would say the opposite, make more videos than you used to. Focus and commit everything you have into it. Learn, read, educate yourself more on the technical sides. You can even change the subject, make a channel about beehives; who cares. Just be you. Be honest with yourself in every aspect of your life as much as possible. I have these same kind of thoughts weekly that you were talking about, where you think about your life, feelings and what you should maybe be doing instead. I really enjoyed you telling about your life, and feelings. I don't mind at all you talking about depressive stuff in the videos, because you somehow manage to keep the balance and calming voice. They really make me feel better. Before i started to watch this video i was anxious and having mild panic to creep in, but after watching the video i feel much better. Your videos very often have this effect on me.
Little bit about myself.
I am 22 years old male person. I have always been little insecure if you could call it that and from time to time shy. I started to have some depressive/depression times when i was 13 and it has been quite bad for 3-4 years now, Sometimes better sometimes worse and sometimes they go away almost completely for a time. I have almost weekly panic attacks and daily anxiety, and i think your videos help me with them. (The ones where you talk about life.) i've been watching your channel for 4 years now.

Dude I’ve had a trip just like before, where I was convinced I was dying. I ended up having tea with the grim reaper. And he told me that it isn’t my time yet, unless I wanted it I be. The choice was mine, I asked him how do I know if I make the right choice. He told me I already had, and let out this deep bellowing cackle. It was the most surreal thing I’ve experienced.
I’ve had the same experience, but my friend who’m I was tripping with all became my “Death Angels” or that’s what I thought they were; they were there to guide me to the after life but somehow I managed to convince them to bring me back to reality, and so they did( but in reality all I did was wait it out till I was out of this “Time loop” I was stuck in

I tried acid for the first time this morning I took 4 tabs like most people who try it I thought it wasn't working after the first one but I didn't notice how fake I have been my whole life I learned a lot about myself and it helped me figure out a lot of things it was very enlightening for me. "Be yourself" isn't enough on the one hand bc people use it as an excuse to be total jerks, for example, or being yourself isn't enough at the current moment, i.e. being lazy when the opportunity you want takes real work. Just a few examples. Sometimes psychedelics show you things that take work to implement too.

Honestly, I thought you were on a downfall before watching this video. I'm glad you made this and could be this open and vulnerable. As a viewer, I feel recognised when you actually trust us enough to be this honest, which makes me feel that this whole channel isn't just about information on drugs, but a living example on how psychedelics may function in the progress of life itself. Your road are relatable and I think you actually are giving your channel more depth and authenticity when you are letting it evolve in this way; like a psychedelic flower constantly unfolding and growing. A friend and I tripped a time, and saw a spider in the middle of it's huge web, weaving it with all it's legs from the center. The breeze was waving the web back and forth. It was like a beautiful dance of geometry. Before this I could not stand spiders and viewed them as ugly. So nah, the fruit flies observation doesn't sound crazy. Nothing wrong with you man, nothing wrong with advocating beautiful life changing experiences with psychedelics. Don't let them put us in a box.

Even when I was sober one of the most beautiful things I've seen was this tiny orb weaver that spent HOURS weaving this beautiful web. It was so small, jumping from each line over and over, using its legs to pull the string taught, jump, or pull itself up. I've had a fear of spiders since I was little but after watching that spider my fear *almost* completely washed away. Seriously one of the most amazing things I've seen and all because I decided to sit down and watch.
Psychedelics help us to look at things we've never cared to before or see something in a different way simply because we never thought about doing so, but we can do it sober too.
@@crimson4066 you’re completely right on my 17th birthday i took 300ug tab of acid and i felt the energy around me everywhere and in everything and i realized that i controlled it and in that trip with my own mind i could create the scariest and happiest experiences while trippin and even after the trip it carried on to me and i realize now that happiness is all created in your own mind, its a choice and if you wanna feel happy you can do it and if you put yourself in a bad mindset and you feel like shit then you’re doing it to yourself. taking acid taught me how to control and harness energy to find true happiness without the need for anything except my own mind
I had a pretty good “creep factor” from spiders. Until one day I had to fix the vents in my grandpas attic, this house is over 100 years old and nobody has been up there in decades. There were thousands of spiders up there everywhere I looked , black widows and all. I had to calm myself and just let them crawl on me while I crawled on my hands and knees staying on the supports so I didn’t fall through the ceiling, I was up there for about an hour and a half. I thought back to another time when I was about 7 and afraid of bees my grandpa told me stay calm and they won’t sting you, which is true and it also works with spiders, I prefer the bees but I’m not creeped out by spiders anymore.

Consistently when I trip now when a bad mindset is coming on I notice it and "catch" it before it hits. I laugh like the joker at my own power and master of maintaining a happy mellow mood.
Meanwhile of course to the outside world I'm just sitting silent then breaking into random hysterical laughter and look insane. But I'm just so damn impressed with how easy it is to stop it and how much time I waste in my normal life getting angry it drives me to tears with laughter.

honestly, bro, you're only human. we all have rough patches and even experience our own levels of depression. the fact you're able to admit your own wrong and explain yourself (which you don't have to) within your own comfortability is a amazing quality. you're doing your best and no doubt the persona you feel pressured into sometimes isn't worth it, you've got the right idea in being true to yourself.

I watched the whole thing and it reminded me of an experience I had the other day. Whenever I talk to my mom it gives me anxiety and puts me in a really bad mood. So I had talked to my mom on the phone and I was being a real bitch to my husband. He looks at me and he goes “your mom is going to be the same way until the day she dies. Please don’t let her ruin the next 50 years of our marriage” and it really has resonated with me. I let her get to me every single time I talk to her I get so stressed and anxious that I shake. But I could put that all away and not let her do that and just keep going and be okay. In other words Adam don’t let anyone else or anything bring you down with it.
